Mission Statement
At Hampton Roads Youth Team Sports, our mission is to empower young athletes by providing opportunities to showcase their talent, develop skills, and build character through competitive sports. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment where youth can thrive on and off the field.
History & Mission
Founded with a passion for youth sports and community engagement, Hampton Roads Youth Team Sports was created to provide athletes of all skill levels with a platform to grow, compete, and be recognized. Our flagship event, the EF Classic Showcase, has grown into a premier competition featuring over 100 teams, giving young athletes an unparalleled experience in both tackle and flag football.
Our goal is to ensure that every child who steps on the field feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Through sponsorships, donations, and community support, we continue to enhance the game-day experience by providing hydration stations, player swag, awards, athletic trainers, and other essential resources.
